What we do
We offer Debt of up to £50M per transaction, starting at £250,000 on any situation (debt restructuring, transactional, additional working capital, asset acquisition, refinance). We can offer to the Whole UK and Republic of Ireland with Primary Period up to 24 months. Debt can be secured on property (commercial and residential) and land (from agricultural to full planning) – 1st or 2nd charge.
Our services offer a totally bespoke structure including flexible payment options and interest roll up, with assistance in exit planning and additional services from our trusted partners. We also work with other lenders (club deals, joint facilities, SPV products).
